Toi Ohomai Institute of Technology
メインキャンパスが、国際観光都市ロトルアと、美しいビーチのあるタウランガにあるポリテクニックです。ロトルアには１つ、タウランガには２つのCampus（Windermere Campus /Bongard centre）があります。
ロトルア モコイアキャンパス（Mokoia Campus）
ロトルアの町の中心から車で約５分にある20ヘクタールの広さのあるキャンパスです。近代的なヘルスアンドサイエンスの授業棟、カフェ、美容院、アドミニストレーションなど、施設も充実しています。
タウランガ ウインダメア キャンパス（Windermere Campus）
タウランガの町の中心から南に車で約10分のところにあるメインキャンパスです。 20ヘクタールの自然に囲まれた敷地内には、授業に必要な施設に加えて、レストラン、美容院、音楽レコーディングスタ ジオ、プール、ジムなどの設備が整っています。キャンパスに隣接して、寮（Shared House ）があります。
タウランガ ボンガードセンター（Bongard Centre）
タウランガの町の中心にあるキャンパスです。主にビジネス、アドミニストレーション、コンピュータ、リーガルスタディなどのコースで使用します。町中ですので非常に便利です。コンピューターラボがあります。
トイ・オホマイ・インスティテュート・オブ・テクノロジーは、看護コース、ツーリズムコース、ビジネスコース、ホスピタリティーコース、スポーツコースなどに定評があります。特に、看護コースは、ニュージーランド全国から学生が集まってきます。また、モコイアキャンパスに付属の英語コースがあり、ポリテクに留学する前に英語力をつけ、そのままスムーズにポリテク留学を開始することができます。
